Working together

Nothing on this site is a binding offer. Rates, dates, deliverables and rights for any project are agreed separately with you, in writing, before work starts. Those agreements, not this page, govern the work.

Content and rights

The text, photographs and design of this site belong to studioattack unless stated otherwise. Album covers and artwork belong to the artists and labels who released them, and are shown only to illustrate work studioattack contributed to. Please don't copy or reuse any of it without permission. Sharing a link is always welcome.

Links to other sites

This site links to and embeds services run by others, such as Spotify and Instagram. studioattack has no control over them and is not responsible for their content or how they work. Their own terms apply.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. studioattack is not liable for any damage resulting from using the site or from relying on its content, except where the law does not allow that to be excluded.

Law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent Belgian courts.
